I was quietly banned for what I can assume was my nickname change containing a fraction of a homophobic slur. When I changed it, I was not thinking about it being Discord-wide; I was purely joking at the moment. I had been called this word, and I do not consider it as sensitive when this friend of mine calls me it. As a joke, I set it to my nickname, realizing quickly the mistake I had made and how powerful Discord's auto-mod is. I asked to be unbanned. I had no ill intent in making that change and reverted it shortly after, obviously being too late.
