Once you have the binary, it's usually sufficient to set MAMBA_ROOT_PREFIX to point at your base prefix and it should respect the package cache and default environment directory.

I think you want micromamba. It's a standalone binary that can operate on Conda environments even when they're broken. mamba.readthedocs.io/en/latest/inst…
