Implement Non-representativeness metric #170

from a paper closely related to my work: https://arxiv.org/pdf/2210.02795.pdf. The authors devised a metric to measure the output-completeness of explanations, a strong desideratum of explanations (i.e. does the explanation guarantee the whole truth?) If there is enough time, this metric can be implemented.
