Webpage to configure tally-export-config.yaml definition file

Currently editing of tally-export-config.yaml file, mentioning Tally collections & fields is done through simple text editors like Notepad, Notepad++. YAML file has strict whitespace formatting, which can break inadvertently resulting to error. Also, people are large are not familiar with searching of fields in Tally Developer. Dedicate webpage for this can put end to all the issues.
Proposed features of this webpage are:

• Table manager with available collections of Tally in dropdown
• Field manager with available fields in specific collection
• Ability to specify custom TDL expression
• Auto-populating data type for the fields available in dropdown
• Auto-generating basic data-structure.sql file for reference purpose
