Application Form Submit

Fix issue with application form to keep users from submitting the application without a company name and keep users from adding a company that has already been submitted.

*Logic (If company search list is populated, don't allow submission until user clicks list item to select company already pre-populated. Could also have a state toggle for errors that could toggle and add a red border when the toggle is true.)
