Order qualities by name instead

Hello,

As discussed in #69, the current way to move qualities around is a little cumbersome, requiring the info module to query qualities, then move them using their ID+name.
It would be pretty nice to be able to move them using their name.

I think it should be considered for modules sonarr_quality and sonarr_quality_profile.
Custom formats could also be referenced by their name.
