Issue Description
OpenShift CI testing under devfille/registry takes close to 2 hours to run on PRs. We need to determine what is going on that has lead to a long testing time and why the prior testing was much shorter.
Acceptance Criteria
- Determine the reason why OpenShift CI is taking so long to run and determine if there is an issue or if the current duration is expected for what we're testing
- Create an follow up issue to track any actions to resolve this problem
