Conda+MKL example not working on Appveyor

After days working on it, we have no idea why Recipe 5 in Chapter 11 suddenly started failing on Appveyor. See #487 for the numerous attempts.

Appveyor support gave me the suggestion to try to run on Google Cloud Engine. It is a little bit different, for example it has fixed (not dynamic) memory which hopefully can help. To use it, set APPVEYOR_BUILD_WORKER_CLOUD environment variable to GCE.
