Hello,

Not sure where to ask so I'm just posting here. Does sigupdate support setting a proxy URL with authentication parameters? I browsed through the code and can't tell if it does.

Unfortunately, sigupdate doesn't currently support a downloading through a proxy server. It looks like the code changes aren't too hard to do.

I would definitely welcome a PR if you want to implement proxy support.
