The first field in the ClamAV TXT record is for the latest ClamAV version. In this TXT record 0.99.2:58:23602:1501176540:1:63:46223:307, the version is: 0.99.2. We should error or warn when the sigtool version is over 2 version behind the version in the DNS record.
