Utiliser https://github.com/spatie/pdf-to-text pour parser les PDF de résultat de compétition et auto-remplir les champs

Après pas mal d'essais, le parsing est trop aléatoire de par la construction même des PDFs.

Méthode alternative : parser les résultats disponibles sur la FFTA ou les comités régionaux.
