Add a broken link checker

Find a way to automatically check for broken links. Can this be done when GitHub Pages generates the site?

But need to fork and add a couple of improvements:

• update gh api to avoid warnings and deprecated APIs
• install npm package in dockerfile, not in entrypoint.sh
