Describe the bug
Upload of documents to chat keeps failing.

To Reproduce
Select upload button, choose a file i.e., PDF or docx within required limits and Open.

Expected behavior
Takes a second or two and displays "Upload failed".

I think for now you can ask ChatGPT for text extraction and paste in DeepSeek

I did this, but chatgpt need plus to upload more image
