Drush works again with main branch, remove all the things

For Drupalcon we had to do loads of things to get the main branch to work, especially loading a database (which might not match) instead of using drush si. Also lost the ability to drush cr

• Roll back the many changes
• Use drush si and drush cr for main and forks
• Make sure that the seed (on the host) starts working again
