Make ojs react to python

A Python data API was added in #4, which allows to pass variables from python to ojs, but it would be great if ojs could react to python changes.
I think ultimately we want to bridge ipywidgets with ojs, so that ojs reacts when e.g. moving an ipywidgets slider.
