Enhancement: Import image generation settings from json

The idea is to be able to take the requested parameters json and import it into the artbot in a way similar to using the "Use all settings from this image" option. Possibly even the "Use prompt from this image" and "Reroll image" options.

We're thinking that this solves 2 things primarily:

1. Makes it easier to go back to a previous project after images have been downloaded and deleted, or the cache cleared.
2. Makes it easier to jump back and forth between multiple devices by simply importing the json of a single image.
