Manually download the dbatools module and library

Due to our security restrictions I cannot use the Save-Module command to get the latest versions of dbatools and dbatools.library.
Is there a place where I can just download those files from a web page?

I tried the following command and get this error:
Install-Module dbatools -Force -SkipPublisherCheck -Scope CurrentUser
PackageManagement\Install-Package : Package 'dbatools.library' failed to be installed because: End of Central
Directory record could not be found.

@dennisa72295 yah, you can use the shortcut https://dbatools.io/gallery then it'll take you to dbatools' gallery page. Then click on Manual download. You'll need to do it for both dbatools and dbatools.library. Rename nuget to zip and extract. If you need to know where to put it from there, check out https://dbatools.io/offline/

Thanks! I could find the dbatools module but not the library module. This gives me what I needed.
