SAT does not work for non-serverless anymore

We can't use serverless unfortunately because serverless cannot connect to workspaces which have no public IP. However, the 0.3.3. version does not work with non-serverless anymore. We have installed all the packages but there is a lot of issues and reference to old dbl version (like 0.0.102 instead of 0.1.37 etc.)

We tested this release extensively on both classic and serverless compute. The dbl version is correct and is 0.0.102 (but mislabeled - we will correct it in the next release) .
If this is urgent and want to use older dbl/codebase you can go to release 0.3.2.
