dbdemos_iot_turbine - doesn't install the model/function dbdemos_turbine_maintenance

It looks like dbdemos_iot_turbine isn't installing the model/function that is needed in notebook DLT 01.1, which fails on starting with an error stack ending with:

RestException: RESOURCE_DOES_NOT_EXIST: Routine or Model 'mycatalog.dbdemos_iot_turbine.dbdemos_turbine_maintenance' does not exist.

Hi, you need to run the init notebook which is going to create the model. It should be the case in the job we start when you install the demo
