dartdoc 'language feature set' is inappropriately named

This is a leftover from when the only use case envisioned for chips that displayed on an individual ModelElement page was for null safety or similar features. The potential uses of page chips are greater than that (#3392) and referring to them as language features going forward may be confusing.
