Describe the proposal

Create new python quickstarts using non-dapr enabled service invocation via the new external service invocation feature
Add to tests, etc.

Hey @kendallroden and @sicoyle is this still something we want to prioritize doing?

My opinion is having the doc is almost better than having a matrix explosion of quickstarts. I could see closing these.
