Plan Spring Boot 4.x support

## Describe the proposal

We need to research how to support Spring Boot 3.x users as well as Spring Boot 4.x users. 
This requires some research and looking at tools like Arconia that provides migration recipies to move apps from Spring Boot 3 to Spring Boot 4.x 

@ThomasVitale any suggestions ? do you know how other projects are doing this?
