Mention a stream\space in the chat #2270
Description
The functionality:
Upon typing # there should appear a list of streams & spaces this user has access to, and it should be reduced according to the text the user is typing in the same way it is done for Mention.
The mentioned item should appear as a clickable link, similar to mention "#ItemName".
What do we need from the BE for this feature?
