this adds an optional logging to linq to sql for vb.net by passing in an instance of System.IO.Textwriter,
Also This automatically renames language reserved keywords for column property names
for cshap it prepends an @ ex: @Keyword
for vb.net it surrounds with brackets ex: [keyword]
