Open file from filemanager

I realize that this is probably low priority, so this is just so it is on the todo list.

Unlike with almost any other program I can not open a .vec file with vpaint from the file manager. Vpaint always comes up empty. This probably needs little more than accepting a file as first parameter.
Note that I'm on Linux, but I assume it's the same on other OSes.
