Dreambooth and A1111 look for different versions of Accelerate and it breaks while starting up

came across this error after a recent fresh install of W11 22h2 where webui and dreambooth extension are looking for different versions of accelerate but the solution was so simple in the end for anyone else encountering the same problem. A1111 looks for version 0.12.0 of accelerate while Dreambooth installs version 0.15.0 and it breaks the loading process. after trying everything I could think of for a couple hours I opened up the requirements_versions.txt file for A1111 and there she was... simply change the required version to 0.15.0 and save.... No more errors :)

I should also add you need to restart windows after running A1111 for the first time like this for some reason but other than that it seems to be working as expected
