Punctuation kerning

I've identified that kerning for punctuation (in particular quotation marks) is too tight due to my lack of understanding of how the Kern On plugin works. Future versions will have more generous spacing around quotation marks applied. For the trainspotters: I didn't understand how the 'special spacing' functionality worked, but now I do.

Just noting it as an issue for my own benefit so I don't forget.
