I've just come across Platypi, and I'm immediately smitten; it's such a beautifully crafted typeface. I'm pleasantly surprised that it's available free for commercial use, as it's rare to find such a beauty, with so many weights.
Platypi makes for a gorgeous body copy typeface, however I would love to see one or two weights lighter than light, such as extra light or thin. This would give it more versatility at display sizes.
Wondering if you have any plans for additional weights, of possibly a companion Display face?

Yes this is on my radar, especially because I've seen a lot more people use it in header / display situations than I had anticipated.
At the moment I'm concentrating on expanding the character set in the existing weights and also working up two other typeface projects, so unfortunately additional weights are not something I see myself working on in the short term. Maybe 2026...
