Add Dashboard callouts to CI provider guides

For example, call out the value props of the Dashboard in the index page of CI guides (e.g. /guides/continuous-integration/introduction), as well as the provider-specific pages (e.g. /guides/continuous-integration/circleci).

Also, ensure that recording to the Dashboard and recording in parallel are front-and-center in all CI docs. For example, instead of showing a basic example, then several more involved/complex examples, then an example with recording, show the recording example right after the basic example (higher up the page).
