Sometimes, I still end up with idle tv sessions. This may happen if the corresponding R session is closed but the tempdir is not deleted for some reason.

Perhaps turn off tv after a period of time? It could be restarted from the main server when printing another df.

idle tv sessions use substantial CPU power and are quite bad.
