link to notebooks is easy to miss

Notebook issues

- the text for the 'download this notebook' is easy to miss. Maybe a nice "button" style link?
- the styling of the templates affects the whole page. This is most noticeable for the wownload-notebook link (partly worked around) and the breadcrumb links, but will be an issue for any extra content we add
