Release v5.2.0 (with CveXplore v0.3.37)?

Considering all the feature changes after v5.1.0 in July 2024, I suggest we should release them as v5.2.0 rather than v5.1.1.

• Remove support for search.py -q #1117 is not backwards compatible.
• feat(search): limit results by days since modified #1121 is a new feature.
• Add cvss4 in webui #1128 #1129 is a new feature.
• Maintain a CWE array in webui and swagger #1132 is a new feature & not backwards compatible.
• WebUI: improve tables #1136 is an UX improvement.

The current dev branch (master) seems stable with the currect dev branch (master) of CveXplore, having some bug fixes after v0.3.36, as well as new features required by the current master:

• Add a CWE array to the support #309 CveXplore#310 adds a required feature.
• CWE and CVSS raw data CveXplore#313 finalizes the previous and adds new data to the backend.
• Fix NVD API CVSSv4 structure with the help of new safe_get with logging CveXplore#315 is a bugfix for v0.3.36.
• Use safe_get() in all CVE processing & fix raw CVSSv4 structure CveXplore#316 is a bugfix for v0.3.36.

I think the best order would be:

• 1. Releasing CveXplore v0.3.37.
• 2. Bumping the requirement cvexplore==0.3.37.
• 3. Releasing cve-search v5.2.0.
