Image map action tag does not appear on Action tags list when module is enabled #81

The Image map action tags do not appear on the Action tags list on the project setup page or the View action tags provided by external modules page:

It used to show up like this when enabled on the Action Tags page:

tlstoffs assigned pbchase and saipavan10-git
