Sometimes temperature displayed in the bar menu becomes suddenly 2° during 1 second

Sometimes temperature displayed in the bar menu becomes suddenly 2° C (in place of 40° C or more) during 1 second. This erroneous display doesn't appear when I open simultaneously the Mac Fan control window.
Not a big deal, because in 95% of cases, the displayed temperature is correct. Just weird....

See the video. It happens only when I'm working with the Mac Mini. If I do nothing, the display stay correct.
