can not maximize window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open SSH Tunnel Manager
2. Double click on title bar, or click on maximize button at top right corner

The expected output is the window to increase, occupying all the screen.
Instead, it seemed to do increase for half a second, then returned to the 
previous size.
