running an older version of openshift

Hi team, I want to run openshift 4.12.13, which corresponds to crc version 2.18.0+4ea3a1. But I am getting this error while running it:

command : timeout 5s oc get csr --context admin --cluster crc --kubeconfig /opt/kubeconfig

I can see that the fix is to use the latest version of crc (https://crc.dev/docs/troubleshooting/#troubleshooting-expired-certificates). Is there no way I can run this version of openshift? (need it to replicate a particular bug - unrelated to CRC)
