Timeralarm something error / no fixes that i found

i dont know how to describe it, whenever i use the same library for coding it gives me the same error

I wanna know how to fix this error down below

i thought it would upload to my esp32 board but it wasnt even done compiling, and the compiling sketch part took a long time
