Add ability to limit entry type visibility/usage by user group

For example, I have a need to have two lots of categories entries:

• Categories
• Resources Categories

I have two groups of users that would use these separately, so I've had to make two entry channels, but this could have been done by using two different entry types so they'd all appear together in the same categories channel for users that can view both.

You could include both Categories fields in the same field layout, but only show each one if the user belongs to the applicable user group, via the User Condition within the fields’ field layout settings.

It's more the directory of categories entries is currently split into two places and I'd like them to be together in one list for those that can see them all.
