Reading https://isocpp.org/std/submit-issue gave me the impression that email is the one and only way to file a core issue, so I was surprised to find that you can just open an issue on this repo instead. To me at least, this format is much more friendly and familiar, so I think it's worth mentioning as an alternative on that webpage.
