Making Cozy an OpenID provider

We've started some work towards that goal with Andrei and I think we should push it a little further.

Maybe we should also consider all the existing solutions: OpenID, BrowserID, ... and pick one.

By the way, I've found this on the indie web camp website: http://indiewebcamp.com/web-sign-in and an implementation http://indiewebcamp.com/indieauth which are used by the community as a replacement of OpenID (reasons here: http://indiewebcamp.com/building-blocks section "Historical logins")

I'd love my Cozy to me an OpenID provider, that's a really great idea.
