EBS is telling me that our Node version (16) is deprecated, so this should get bumped to a newer one sooner rather than later.

Just to keep a record of where this is at:

I bumped the Node.js version to 16.20, but this is still deprecated, and it's not possible to bump up the major version on the same environment. I've set up a version up and running using Node 18 on the node-18 branch, but we'll need to get our domain re-mapped to this new instance, which I don't really want to do before we finish our current slate of implementations.
