Entries are sometimes randomly overridden

If adding multiple websites in a row, eventually by the 3rd or 5th website, new entries will begin modifying an already-existing item.

It may be related to edit_mode. I'm operating on variable for editing existing apps. I forgot to reset it in some cases. Made a quick fix for it, but gonna check what happening exactly. I tried many times adding multiple apps in a row, and it worked. My guess is edit_mode. But will investigate this. Thank you!

After some refactoring, it should be fixed already. Now things are handled differently and also edit mode is kind of separate thing than before. We are not using edit_mode variable to hold the state. I hope it will work, so let's close this.
