Subject request page not updating

Subject request page doesn't seem to update once I have assigned a subject request to a user. Are we able to clear the requests from before January 2025?

Hi Charu, looking at that screenshot it seems as though these requests are all incomplete. For example, the Rbp4-Cre request for Guilia only had 3 out of 4 mice assigned. I can delete them for you but ideally you could do this yourself. As stock manager do you not have permission to delete these requests? Also, are there any requests where you have assigned all the mice but 'is closed' remains false?

Hi Miles, So the issue is that there are occasions when I have fulfilled the order and yet the subject request page says animals are due. See the example below. Bex asked for 4x Ai32 x PVCre on Jan 27th. I transferred 4x of these mice to them, but the subject request page still says 0 has been given? [image: image.png] [image: image.png]

It appears the issue relates to assigning mice that belong to alternate lines. Suggested solution: allow stock manager to add subjects of any line to a given request using the add subject inline. This requires modifying the user permissions so that this section is editable.
