Dev Scripts should be Run as Default, the core has Changes in over 2000 lines and im Not done yet

UpSnap can be created directly as deb13 @tremor021

The problem was var_disk was 1024 instead of 1. 1GB is enough, this is a small app that does wake-on-lan

Ive increased to 2, because Debian 13 packages are a little Bit bigger

FYI, I manually updated to Debian 13 and it works fine. Great app too, simple but really good looking and useful
