Hey, @mr-c this link seems to be broken.

Thanks @Anushka-shukla for noticing!

We can use https://github.com/common-workflow-language/cwl-v1.2/raw/main/tests/scatter-wf4.cwl to develop & test this new feature instead

Can you please explain this issue/feature? What is expected and or what will be the outcome of this feature?

Sure.

Upon visiting https://view.commonwl.org/ someone should be able to enter the HTTP or HTTPS URL of a "packed" (single-file) CWL workflow and get a visualization even though there is no git repository involved. This probably means skipping the creation of the research object.

Example URL to use for feature development and testing: https://github.com/common-workflow-language/cwl-v1.2/raw/main/tests/scatter-wf4.cwl
