Add missing unit and visual regression testing for all components #17
Description
User Story
As a CoMPAS dev I want to count on unit and visual regression testing to make sure that my components work as standalone units and comply with the functional/non-functional requirements.
Acceptance criteria
Unit and Visual Regression Testing is added for the following components:
- compas-loading
- compas-scl-list
- compas-scl-type-list
- oscd-filter-button
