Handle PRQL

Hi @maelp, Thank you for the suggestion! I agree this would be a cool feature and believe it to be feasible. I will explore what would be needed to add support for PRQL and report back.

• A --prql flag could be used to specify that queries are in PRQL instead of SQL.
• prqlc::compile could be used to compile PRQL queries to SQL.
  • There's no great way to automatically select dialect. Supporting only the default dialect might be best.
• syntect could use the PRQL Sublime Text syntax definition for syntax highlighting.
