Feature Request: Add Support for Devin for Terminal

Hi team! Would love to see support added for Devin for Terminal.

It uses an AGENTS.md file and a .devin/ config directory, similar to the other supported tools. I'm happy to submit a PR myself if you're open to it, thanks for considering!
