Shortcuts configuration

Would it be possible to provide a section in the profile from which to configure keyboard shortcuts?

I'm asking because, for instance:

• For Ctrl+S maniacs, it's too easy to submit the code without willing to do so.
• The Run Sample Test shortcut (Ctrl++) is not usable on azerty keyboards.
