CW-184: Github flavored Markdown emojis are supported in comments but not in kata description

Those are not supported by the client side markdown library used on Codewars (marked) so the preview won't work. The description is also rendered on the client side. It's been brought up in their issue tracker several times over the years, but it looks like it's not going to be supported. marked is regular expression based and I guess it's too difficult to support it.

I personally like remark which works at AST level better so I might use that in the future. It supports this feature as well.

For now, I'm going to update marked and try to adjust it so that it's close to the server side as much as possible. It turns out it's super outdated (I can't tell the exact version because the minified version is committed 🤦‍♂️) and it's not working as I had thought.
